Train Your Mind Like a Genius
Learn the self-hypnosis method used by visionary thinkers to enter flow states, unlock inner clarity, and reprogram your reality—on command.
Even though they may not have called it hypnosis, the techniques these innovators used to access creativity, problem-solving, and nonlinear insight are fundamentally the same: entering altered states of consciousness intentionally and repeatedly.
- Einstein practiced what he called combinatory play—a state of relaxed, imaginative engagement that helped him unlock some of his most groundbreaking theories (source).
- Edison was known to drift into hypnagogic states while holding ball bearings in his hands; when he dropped them, the noise would wake him just enough to capture creative ideas from the edge of sleep (source).
- Tesla described vivid visualizations and spontaneous insights that often came to him in deeply altered, trance-like states (source).
These men were tapping into their subconscious minds, entering altered states to reach ideas and understandings that weren’t accessible through linear thinking alone.
This process—whether called daydreaming, creative trance, or “just resting”—is self-hypnosis in action.
And that’s exactly what this training will teach you to do—consciously, consistently, and with precision.
You can learn to shift your state—anytime.
Imagine being able to drop into clarity, courage, and creative flow—on command. That’s what this training offers.
This 6-week training is your invitation to become the facilitator of your own transformation.
Whether you’re brand new to meditation or an experienced hypnotist, you’ll learn how to access and guide yourself through altered states of consciousness with precision, confidence, and purpose.
I’ll be teaching you exactly how I train my own clients and students to become self-directed and sovereign in their minds and emotions. This isn’t just a lecture series.
Each session combines:
- Targeted teaching on the science and art of self-hypnosis
- State training: live hypnotic experiences guided by me to train your subconscious
- Mentoring + Q&A to support your integration and clarity
By the end of our time together, you’ll know how to:
- Induce trance states anytime, anywhere
- Deliver self-suggestions that actually land and create real change
- Navigate emotion and mental noise with mastery
- Use altered states to access inner strength, intuitive knowing, and inspired direction

Self-hypnosis isn’t just a soft practice—it’s a rigorously studied technique used in clinical and medical settings to regulate pain, reshape thought patterns, and influence both physiological and behavioral responses.
For creative leaders, innovators, and visionaries navigating high-stakes environments, this is an inner technology that builds real resilience and sustainable clarity.
Evidence-Based Highlights:
- At MD Anderson Cancer Center, breast cancer patients using hypnosis in place of anesthesia experienced reduced pain, nausea, and fatigue during surgery.
- In the UK, patients have undergone surgeries such as hand operations and dental procedures fully awake using self-hypnosis, with no anesthetic and no pain.
- Historically, Dr. James Esdaile performed over 300 major surgeries in the 1800s using hypnosis alone, reporting lower mortality rates than conventional methods.
- Neuroscience shows that hypnosis quiets the default mode network and enhances focused attention—a gateway into high-performance, high-impact flow states.
In this 6-week training, you’ll develop the same self-directed techniques used in medical, peak performance, and consciousness expansion domains.
You’ll be able to:
-
Drop into trance states on command
-
Rewire your mind through effective self-suggestions
-
Guide your inner experience with emotional and mental clarity
- Enter deep, productive internal states that support creative flow and intuitive strategy
- Rewire habitual responses to stress, stagnation, or pressure
- Apply neuroplastic techniques to move from burnout to inspiration and support lasting habit change—just as repeated mental rehearsal can strengthen new pathways in the brain, self-hypnosis allows you to encode new behaviors and emotional responses through intentional subconscious practice
This is the edge your nervous system has been waiting for—not just to keep going, but to lead from a state of clarity, magnetism, and inner strength.
This is for you if you want to:
- Feel more self-directed, centered, and resilient
- Cultivate your intuitive intelligence - Build your own hypnotic routines for healing, habit change, and performance
- Deepen your practice and access subconscious wisdom
- Prioritize whole-person success and embodied leadership
- Support your nervous system and creative output through inner state training
- Expand your human potential through refined mind power and internal mastery
This is your space to learn how to lead your own inner experience. Homework will be offered weekly, and those who engage with the practices will experience the greatest benefit.
This isn’t about “fixing” yourself. And it definitely isn’t about me fixing you! It’s about directing your innate capacity to choose your reality and show up as the powerful being you already are.
What’s the difference between meditation, mindfulness, and self-hypnosis?
While all three can lead to greater presence and internal clarity, they each serve slightly different functions:
- Mindfulness is the practice of becoming aware of the present moment without judgment. It’s often used to reduce stress and build emotional regulation.
- Meditation is a broad category that includes mindfulness but also includes practices for focus, visualization, mantra repetition, or open awareness. It can calm the nervous system, regulate the mind, and connect with a sense of inner stillness.
- Self-hypnosis involves entering a focused trance state for a specific purpose—like installing a suggestion, shifting a habit, or accessing subconscious material. It uses intention, language, and internal imagery to initiate real change at the subconscious level.
Think of it like this: - Mindfulness brings awareness. - Meditation brings spaciousness. - Self-hypnosis brings transformation through subconscious direction.
In this training, you’ll be learning how to weave the best of all three—bringing conscious presence, calm awareness, and intentional change into your daily life.
In fact, self-hypnosis will greatly benefit your mindfulness and meditation practice as it includes and enhances all the benefits of these practices—while also giving you tools for subconscious influence that leads to real-life, lasting change.

FAQ
What is self-hypnosis?
Self-hypnosis is the ability to guide your own awareness into a trance or altered state of consciousness and use that state to facilitate healing, creativity, and transformation. It’s similar to meditation but with a specific goal and intention.
Is hypnosis mind control?
Not at all. Hypnosis doesn’t control your mind—it teaches you how to use your mind more effectively. You are always in control. In fact, learning self-hypnosis increases your agency and inner freedom. It actually trains you to be less suggestible to unhelpful external influence, and more attuned to your inner authority.
Do I need any prior experience?
Nope. This is ideal for all levels. Whether you’re brand new or have experience with hypnosis or meditation, you’ll receive accessible and applicable guidance. This training is also valuable for hypnotherapists—many professional facilitators find that their own self-practice is the area most in need of attention. It’s designed to deepen your personal relationship with trance and sharpen your ability to guide yourself—not just others.
What if I can’t attend live?
No problem. All sessions are recorded and uploaded within 24 hours. You’ll have lifetime access to revisit the teachings and guided experiences.
How long is each session?
Each session is approximately 2 hours, including lecture, guided state training, and mentoring/Q&A.
Is this safe for everyone?
While self-hypnosis is safe and beneficial for most people, there are a few contraindications:
According to professional clinical standards (source), hypnosis is contraindicated for individuals who: - Have psychotic disorders - Are suffering from dementia - Are under the influence of drugs or alcohol - Are very young children - Have comprehension difficulties or severe cognitive impairments
Please reach out before enrolling if you’re unsure whether this applies to you.
What if I have questions during the program?
You’ll have access to live Q&A time during each session, and there will be a dedicated student chat forum where you can ask questions, share insights, and receive support between sessions.
Are there any refunds?
Because this is a digital course with access to materials and live experiences, there are no refunds after purchase. Please consider your commitment before enrolling.
You’ll receive lifetime access to all session replays, so even if you can’t attend live, you won’t miss a thing. Plus, the hypnotic audio sessions and integration tools are yours to return to again and again—whenever you need a reset, recharge, or realignment.
